Great value
Great and clean interior, for the price its incredible, 2 stations within 5 minutes of walking.
Haginochaya/Naniwa is not the nicest neighborhood (for Japanese standards) but I didn't mind

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay.
The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, and cozy. However, communication with the host was disappointing. I contacted the host in advance to ask if I could leave my luggage before check-in, explaining that I had arrived in Osaka early and could not go anywhere with so much luggage. Unfortunately, I never received a response to my question. Instead, I only received automated emails with technical instructions about accessing the apartment and keeping it in good condition. The lack of communication was frustrating, especially as I was arriving early with heavy luggage. Better communication and a more responsive host would have made the experience much better.
