Great for a short start in Wroclaw and close to everything
Excellent location and very friendly staff. The option to park your car for a small fee was also very handy.
Didn’t like the shower, the bathroom was pretty small and the shower would make the entire floor wet.

Un dormitorio triste in una stupenda città da favola!
La posizione è fantastica, centralissima per raggiungere tutti i punti della città e le attrazioni turistiche, anche a piedi. Le camere sono spaziose ed essenziali, con servizi nuovi ma materassi e cuscini pessimi. Palazzo molto silenzioso. Ho apprezzato il buffet della colazione, sufficientemente ricco sia per il dolce che per il salato.
La cosa peggiore, entrando in questa struttura , purtroppo è il personale che ti fa sentire trasparente e in ogni occasione si sforza quasi di ignorarti appositamente. Sono tante le persone sia che si alternano in reception, per la colazione o per le pulizie, peccato trascorrano preferibilmente il tempo chiacchierando tra loro o guardando intensamente il cellulare. Le camere non sono mai state rifatte, son entrate 2 inservienti solo per vuotare il cestino e tirar su in malo modo i piumini sui letti che risultavano ancora sfatti alla sera. Il bagno non è mai stato pulito e al mattino a colazione le 3 persone presenti dietro al bancone del bar non ci hanno neppure apparecchiato la tavola finché non siamo andate a chiedere….ed eravamo gli unici avventori!

die Lage in der Altstadt, die 24 Stunden Rezeption und der Parkplatz vom Hotel
Es war durch das Zimmer direkt an der Vierspurigen Staße sehr laut, vor allem bei geöffnetem Fenster

The room itself and the location were both satisfactory. Unfortunately, we found a large number of long, black hairs throughout the room, including on the bed, in the shower, and on the floor. This was unpleasant and made us question the cleanliness of the room.
