    Convenient and comfortable for short stay.

    Spacious for two people, location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to the main boat dock.

    Bathroom is big enough, but lack of counter space, the sink is tiny.

    Optimal Lage für Urlaub am Chiemsee

    Die Lage ist fantastisch auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt am. Chiemsee Tiefgarage optimal und mit großen Parkplätzen und geräumigen Rangiermöglichkeiten. Zentraler Müllschlucker auf dem Stockwerk erspart einem den Gang zur Mülltonne. 2 Stangen Nesspresso Kaffepads, 2Flaschen Wasser wurden bereit gestellt Zucker/Salz/Gewürze/ Olivenöl waren im Schrank vorhanden.

    Leider war die Unterkunft bei Ankunft noch nicht gereinigt und die Betten waren noch nicht bezogen. Nach Anruf beim Vermieter war dieser sehr überrascht dass die Wohnung noch nicht fertig sei, obwohl er noch am Morgen mit der Putzfrau telefoniert hatte. Er versicherte uns dass die Wohnung spätestens in 2 Stunden fertig sein wird. Dies war dann auch so. Als Entschuldigung hat er dann noch eine Flasche Rosé auf den Tisch gestellt. Der Fernseher ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig zum einstellen. ARD und alle HD Programme gingen nicht. ( Oder waren nicht an das Internet Router angeschlossen ) ??
