Property could do with fixing up and a refresh
Brilliant location. Air con. Additional fans. Large rooms. Key pickup and drop off
2 broken toilets (dealt with indifference by the owner) Poorly equipped kitchen Broken shower door in ensuite (there was no point reporting it as the owner would have been aware) Broken shower head holder in ensuite Very smelly toilet in ensuite (needs a deep clean) Dirty pans First impressions count and the external of apartment block is very scruffy, smelly and dirty

Reasonable apartment that needs some maintenance and bedding to improve future stays
The location was handy The apartment was quiet The host was very responsive when we had questions and provided lots of useful information before our arrival Easy to collect and return the key
Both toilet seats broken Lack of hot water for showers Couldn’t get the heating to work, even with further instructions Not enough duvets/ blankets, we were cold during the night Pillows stained Two of the bedrooms were up the shaky stairs, with curtains instead of walls, so you could hear from below, meaning limited privacy No plug for the kitchen sink Kitchen cupboards hard to open
