    I really like this resort . Both the villas & the deluxe rooms as well as the horse riding

    Very relaxing place , I will return again & again !

    The property is getting older , needs more TLC It’s starting to show . They need to stay ahead of the maintenance

    Facilities were very tired, but staff were helpful.

    The location was great for us to spend a night as we navigated the north part of Cebu.

    The resort is extremely run down and not up to international standards. The owners need to spend some money on the facilities.

    This is a 3 star resort, not 5 star

    - friendly staff - waterfront location / views - good massages / spa and other activities - comfortable bed

    - building is tired and needs maintenance. Examples include: when taking a bath terrible sewage smell comes from the overflow drain, if you walk around to horse stables/petting zoo it looks drab and overgrown, bathroom towels are also quite aged / marked - we had so many mosquitoes and cockroaches in our room that come from the bathroom drains - lack of variety at the restaurant, some meals were unavailable or what was ordered didn’t taste that good
