    Awful because we were shut out of the apartment that we had paid for!!

    Nothing because the rep was rude uncooperative and left us stranded without a room

    The very rude uncooperative rep leaving 2 ladies in their seventies at 9pm with no where to stay!!!

    Overall, it was good. Clean and comfortable room in a good area

    The area was within walking distance of Ben Thanh market and Vinh Khanh street markets.

    Accessing the property was pretty hard, mainly because it was the first stop on our trip and the roaming wasn't working properly on our phones. Accessing the pool was also a mission if you didn't plan ahead and register.

    Walking distance to district 1. Diistrict 4 was less tourist area and better than district 1 for food and value for money. Host Anh was very helpful and always just a message away. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by and pharmacy at bottom of building.

    Only small problem (until you work it out!) The key cards only work in certain lifts
