La meva estada al Campament Kansala ha estat genial i una experiència que recordaré amb molt d’afecte. Més que un simple allotjament, és una família que t’obre les portes i et permet entrar de ple en la cultura de la regió de Casamance a través de la música, el ball, l’art i les reflexions. En Bamba i la seva família et cuiden i et fan sentir com a casa des del primer moment. El lloc és espectacular, envoltat de natura i en un entorn ideal per desconnectar, trobar tranquil·litat i gaudir del moment. Si busques un lloc autèntic, acollidor i diferent, on no només dormir sinó viure una experiència cultural de veritat, el Campament Kansala és sens dubte un lloc molt recomanable. Una experiència que va molt més enllà d’un simple allotjament.

Amazing immersive experience living in nature with amazing human beings and great music. A gift!
We loved the place and the people who run it. The most welcoming staff who treat you incredibly well. We consider them friends no Staff It was our first stop in Senegal and we loved the experience of getting to know Sengalese people, their culture and their incredible music. The are lots of musicians working there. You can access Percussion and African dance lessons on site. They are fun and flexible. Staff plays music in the evening. We felt included and loved the experience. They also offer local day excursions which are absolutely worth it. If you are into Senegalese music this is an immersive experience which you will not forget. I am not a musician and I loved it. My son is a percussionist and he truly enjoyed it and learnt lots form his teacher Bouba and from being included in the staff's evening musical soirees.
We loved everything. Just for other guests to note that Kansala is walking distance to the beach but as we went off season there was no facilities at all on the beach. Also the town is a a half hour walk or 10 minute taxi ride. Interesting walk in nature. Very few eating facilities in the area. Kansala offers three meals a day. Simple but delicious and nutritious. Large portions. Rooms are basic with mosquito net and a fan. Wifi in main building. Beautiful garden NO CARD/CASH MACHINE IN THE 50 KM AREA. Bring all the cash you can either in Euros or better in local currency CFA. Local exchange rate is not very beneficial
