Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es ist ein sehr niedliches Haus und doch groß für die ganze Familie.
Wir wurden im Vorfeld der Schlüsselübergabe zur Baradresse der Betreiberin geleitet, welche nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist. Hier befand sich auch der Parkplatz für unser Auto. Das Haus mit 3 Etagen in der Altstadt erinnert an das Heim eines Kapitäns und ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Jachthafen zum Meer ist fantastisch. Die Betreiberin Daria ist überaus nett und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Als ein Ventilator defekt war bekamen wir sofort einen neuen. Vom Haus sind es kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen in der Altstadt.
Das Haus ist zwar neu renoviert jedoch ist die oberste Etage nicht gedämmt. Es ist sehr schwer diese bei den heißen Temperaturen zu kühlen. Eine Dämmung und/oder ein 2. Klimainnengerät wären sinnvoll. Ansonsten gab es am Haus n i c h t s zu bemängeln.
