    Reibungslos hat alles geklappt. Türcode kam per Nachricht. Saubere Wohnung, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Straße.

    Tür klemmt und man hat Kraft gebraucht diese aufzumachen um durchzukommen, da sie aufliegt. Diese müsste mal gestellt werden in Wohnung 1.

    Insgesamt die richtige Entscheidung. Gern wieder!

    Ideal für die Erkundung von Rostock und Warnemünde. Etwas außerhalb und doch recht zentral; zur Warnow ein kleiner Spaziergang. Im Herbst schmecken die Birnen aus Nachbars Garten sehr gut, wenn man sie rechtzeitig vor dem Mähroboter rettet. Achtung! Es sind Tchibo- bzw. Aldi-Kapseln für den Kaffee erforderlich. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, allerdings nicht für Koch-Orgien. Das Bad nimmt ca. 1/3 der Wohnfläche ein.

    Das W-Lan schwächelt extrem und wenn sich ein Gast nicht an das "Streamingverbot" hält, haben andere das Nachsehen. Die Haustür ist natürlich mit einem Sicherheitsschloss gesichert, die Wohnungen allerdings nur mit einem einfachen Bartschloss. Wohnung Nummer 4 hat ein Fenster zur Straße, die gegen 6:00 erwacht. Es empfiehlt sich daher, das Fenster zum Garten zu öffnen.
