Хочу оставить самый лучший отзыв о жилье в Ереване! Мы снимали его у Карена — и это было прекрасное решение. До центра всего около 15 минут, очень удобно. С балкона открывается шикарный вид на гору Арарат — ради этого уже стоит сюда заселиться! Внутри очень чисто, уютно и есть всё необходимое. Карен — невероятно отзывчивый, добрый и гостеприимный хозяин: всегда на связи, помог со всеми вопросами и сделал наше пребывание максимально комфортным. Мы остались в полном восторге! Обязательно вернёмся и всем рекомендуем. Спасибо, Карен! 10/10.

Отличное расположение , стильный ремонт , исключительная чистота , наличие веранды с шикарным видом , очень удобные матрас и подушки с одеялами, что позволило отлично восстанавливаться во время сна после активных прогулок, блэкаут шторы и полнейшая тишина в спальне. Кроме этого есть буквально все - от чая и кофе до тапочек, халатов и зонтика! Метро и достопримечательности Еревана в пешей доступности. Продуктовый магазин в 3-5 минутах ходьбы.

Fantastic apartment
Karen was a fantastic host. He allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in, and his lovely mum, Ella, made us coffee, gave us fruit and sweets, and let us use the bathroom. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The bedroom had a balcony with a sofa and beautiful city views, while the front terrace had another sofa and a dining table. The lounge included a TV, sofa bed, mirror, wardrobe and a well-equipped kitchenette with a washing machine and fridge-freezer. Dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, iron and coffee and tea were a bonus. We stayed for four nights and loved every minute. Karen responded quickly to all our WhatsApp queries, and the apartment was within easy walking distance of the city centre, with a local shop and ATM along the way. Thank you, Karen and Ella, for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable
