    Relaxing family time together

    Downstairs residents kept banging on the floor aggressively at night when we were quietly moving around the property. It was very shocking and unpleasant. Otherwise everything was good.

    Yes had a great stay at the property and found it very comfortable.

    Property was very spacious and well presented on the inside.

    Website stated there was a coffee machine which was false. Slight mould on one blind and lots of mould in air conditioner.

    We enjoyed a week of racing yachts as we do most years in the Sail Port Stephend only to have a sour tast left this year by the increadibly rude booking agent at this business. He claimed I hadn't paid for one night - I disagreed as I am sure I wanted to depart on Sunday morning. Instead of discussing it civil he angrily shouted down the phone that Booking .com can get the money from me and hung up before I could respond. There is a chance I was wrong - I haven't checked yet, however it's rare that I've been shouted at like that! Never again using this business!
