    Convenient and comfortable.

    Convenient and comfortable.

Appeared to be possibly pet hair on both queen beds—not much, but concerning.

Would’ve been great if staff were better.

    The staff attitude.

    Lovely staff

The staff is very nice and courteous. They go out of their way to be a great help.

The a/c wasn't on when I arrived so unfortunately it took a while for the room to cool down. I wasn't sure if the pool was open or closed and ice machines were broke. Kinda sad because they are so lovely I don't want to complain.
