From Monday to Saturday, WE DO NOT HAVE RECEPTION SERVICE, however it is possible to receive directions or any help from 09.30 to 12.30. You will find us from Monday to Saturday and in the evening reception will open only and exclusively for new check-ins from 4.00 pm :00 to 18:00 (arrival time to be agreed). Reception may be closed on Sundays and public holidays. Guests planning to check-in or check-out outside these hours must contact the property in advance to make necessary arrangements. - Bed linen is provided by us upon arrival and weekly we offer 1 change for free, which will be delivered to you on the day and you will have to change it, the dirt will have to be delivered down to the reception. - Air conditioning is available at an extra cost of EUR 10 per day. - Final cleaning is not included and it is charged €50.00 extra. Upon departure, guests will have to dispose of waste in the appropriate containers that will be indicated to you by us. Kitchen must be left clean of any dishes.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La personne avec qui j'ai été en contact, charmante, réactive et attentionnée. L'emplacement à 250 mètres de la plage et de restaurants et à 10 mn en voiture du centre historique. La grande terrasse. Quartier calme.
Le manque d'indication sur le fonctionnement de l'appartement (système de cle pour l'électricité, le système de chasse d'eau avec interrupteur, la climatisation qui ne fonctionne que si toutes les fenêtres sont fermées). Quand on reçoit les indications de la boîte à clés et du code de la boîte à clés peut-être que les informations sur le fonctionnement de l'appartement pourrait être données en même temps. La climatisation et la chasse d'eau des toilettes étaient défectueux et ces problèmes n'ont pas été solutionné malgré le passage d'un technicien.

Dobry, spokojny, w sam raz.
Świetna lokalizacja do plaży, bliskość sklepów, blisko przystanków autobusowych i stacji kolejowej. Obsługa apartamentu - świetna, pomocna.
Zacinające się drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu, bez odpowiedniego sposobu nie idzie ich otworzyć. W skrajnych sytuacjach trzeba wzywać obsługę apartamentu.

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals. Nähe zum Strand, Busverbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Bei Ankunft um 8 uhr morgens und Wohnungsübergabe erst mit bitten um 15 uhr. Keine Rezeption vor Ort. Alles nur über Telefon.

Niedrożny odpływ pod prysznicem. Zgłosiliśmy to po przyjeździe(niedziela)i każdego dnia naszego pobytu. Do zakończenia naszego pobytu (środa) nie doczekaliśmy się naprawy. Odpowiedź od obsługi była: „I’m sorry about that. I’ve forwarded the report about the clogged shower drain to our team, who will check the issue and confirm the possible assistance. Please avoid using the shower until it’s resolved.” Ostatnia wiadomość przed wyjazdem: „We are sorry but unfortunately the technician had some delays”
