    Worst experience ever.

    Nothing

First of all the establishment itself. It was dirty. Items that were put on the website were not there. Small things like dishwasher, toilet soaps etc. The pool was in horrible condition. With the nice weather we could not utilize it. The host were rude to us as guests. Even the electricity ran out🙈. We did not get Karoo C but Uitzicht. The morning of checking in, the host called and said there was a crisis. Upon the hist visit the evening, I asked what the crisis was and she simply said guest that was in Karoo C wanted to stay longer. That waa no crisis! I booked the place well in advance. I would not recommend that establishment to anyone.
