    Safe, Inexpensive, Clean

    Clean common areas. Clean room. Safe family neighborhood of Charlotte. Inexpensive. Cookies and Water in room. I stayed in a Junior Suite and it was plenty big.

    Good stay

    Good for one night stay. Room is clean and maintained. I enjoyed my stay. only one thing is I can hear the sounds when someone is walking / talking in the hallway. Check-in and checkout process is simple. It’s worth for the money what I paid.

    Surprisingly amazing stay!

    I was visiting Charlotte for the first time and I was traveling solo. It was important for me to be in a safe location with good access and nice accommodations. I took a chance with Kasa and I was not disappointed!! Everything was perfect for my stay! The secure access into the building and my room, the quick responsiveness of the company, and atmosphere in the room was all excellent. The only negative thing is there is no closet to hang your clothes, but there was an iron and little ironing board. I would definitely stay again!

    Very clean and beautifully decorated. The instructions did say the parking lot was inaccessible , but it was not blocked by the construction and it would have felt weird parking on the street in front of houses.

    Construction right outside our window which we were not advised of before making reservations only after. Ran out of Toilet paper. Contacted KASA who were not able to supply,(No housekeeping on site) so we had to take it from the mens bathroom in the lobby. Having said that, the room itself was nice and the property is in what is normally a very nice area.
