    This was a very clean and beautiful place to live. The ease of access and keyless entry made it easy to entry exit. There was a security guard at the entrance, safety was great. Location was close to dinning places and walkable to major places in chicago city.

    I really loved my stay at Kasa, the room was lovely and very much looked the the pictures online. The room was clean and a great size. Only complaint is that it smelt heavily of bleach when I came in but atleast I know my room was cleaned. The property is contained within apartments and has a receptionist at all hours. There is a Amazon locker. Nice lounge area with a small cafe. There is a gym, outdoor swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The accommodation is located a few minutes away from trains and local buses. There are shops and restaurants minutes walk away. I felt very safe in this area. I even went out at 3/4 am and I had no issues. What I really liked about this location is that, it wasn’t extremely busy like the city centre but still much going on. I did see in a previous review somebody complaining about the entry to the rooms and I must say at first it’s a bit picky to deal with but as soon as you know how it works it’s fine. I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to tell if the door was locked while I was inside but other than that no issues. Kasa provides a ton of information about the property and amenities. I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope to stay here again if I visit Chicago again. Thank you Kasa
