Pourrait être un bel hôtel. Mais service et qualité déplorables! Et le gèrent se cache!
Joli hôtel stylé Kasbah. Près de la ville dans un endroit calme
Ils tournent principalement avec des tour opérateur. Donc service ZÉRO! Le dîner buffet à deux sous était franchement mauvais! Le gèrent se cachait le soir et le jour suivant. Pourtant nous avions rendez-vous ensemble le matin. Zéro qualité et attention à la clientèle!

The hotel overlooks the valley and the view is breathtaking. We staid in one of the rooms in the caves and it was very cute even if a bit small. There is a big swimming pool at the location and all hotel areas are well maintained and clean.
They offer a buffet breakfast and dinner. Quality is good but the food is international/ continental. If you are looking for a more authentic moroccan food experience, i would not recommended it.

shabby place
we found there was no window pane, and the staff used cardboard as makeshift. very shabby place. stay somewhere else if you have a choice

Sehr schöne Anlage. Die Aussicht und der Blick auf dem Sonnenuntergang war grandios. Die Mahlzeiten wurden als Buffet angeboten.
Kein Kleiderschrank und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer.
