  Because of mobility issues, we intentionally booked a ground floor apartment with two beds. Upon arrival we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor requiring two flights of stairs. The hosts explaination for this is that she felt we would be more comfortable in a higher room and stated it was more quiet. When I showed her the room we rented on Booking.com she said she rented that room to three men because the upstairs room wouldn't accommodate three. She said she could move us to that room in three days, after the men checked out. To us, this was not acceptable. We found another hotel close by and cancelled our stay with Kasinn. However, we were still charged the one-night penalty by Kasinn for cancellation. We feel they moved us to a different room in order to win another booking, which was unacceptable considering the room location and bed configuration. I did request a refund of the one-night cancellation fee but never heard back from Kasinn. Booking.com's reply was, "The decision to refund a deposit is up to the hotel." I am a Genius Level 2 customer. Apparently, that means nothing to Booking.com. I feel they did not protect me as a customer.

  Location is 10/10. If you contact them in advance before you arrive and check-in, the reception will help you secure the parking space on the street just right opposite the hotel as parking and driving in the old town are gonna be a nightmare. Therefore, it was so much helpful to have a parking space for free. The whole accommodation was super clean which is a very important point. Reception is helpful and kind to help with the money exchange, restaurant and tour recommendations or any other questions. There was a lovely handsome dog welcoming you at the reception as well. We will choose it again if visit here in the future. Wonderful experience.

  首先，地理位置是非常好的，离中心和港口很近。

  1. 隔音极差，我们住的2楼，楼上走路声，拖凳子的声音听的非常清楚，非常影响睡眠 2.冰箱一打开有很大的噪音，楼下也没有服务员在，无法及时解决问题。 3.卫生间的淋浴系统的放花洒的架子的螺丝是坏的，洗澡的时候突然掉下来。
