Beautiful location... be ready for a rustic experience

    Room and view we're gorgeous

Staff was a bit recalcitrant at being asked to open the pool which was scheduled to be open; staff seem to annoyed at our presence, we were the only guests at the hotel; when we ask for a late check out staff completely dismissed this request; when we ask for a tour of the castle itself which was offered in the advertisements, staff seem put out, annoyed. Many of the breakfast items on the breakfast buffet were stale for example the Cocoa Puffs were all rock hard and stuck together. Staff set one single table in the center of the dining room for us to breakfast, I think anyone would see this as weird, intimidating. It was very difficult to discern that there was no air conditioning at the hotel when checking all the advertisements although eventually we did find this out before coming. Even with thick walls I would suggest that the hotel could be intolerably hot in the summer.

Krásne prostredie, veľký park a vkusne zrekonštruovaný kaštieľ.
