Ha bisogno di essere ristrutturata
La vista sul mare
Purtroppo la struttura necessita di importanti lavori di manutenzione e riparazione. Nel nostro appartamento il forno ed il piano cottura erano rotti, cosa spiacevole se uno vuole cucinare e lo sono da molto tempo visto in che condizioni si trovano. La doccia, le zanzariere alle finestre non sono nelle migliori condizioni. Molte zone esterne sono abbandonate e fatiscenti, così come l'area piscina che non viene pulita da molto tempo

Vacanza a Samos
La posizione ottima ed il panorama fantastico. L' appartamento è ampio ed il servizio cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani è effettuato ogni 3 giorni.
L' appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato per 17 notti ha bisogno di un rinnovamento come tutta la struttura ricettiva che ha un grande potenziale e potrebbe essere molto valorizzato. Purtroppo è mancata la solita accoglienza e cordialità tipica delle isole greche che tanto amiamo.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswerte Anlage, abgenutztes, fehlendes Mobiliar, verdreckte Toilette u.ä.
wir waren alleinige Besucher der Anlage Eine jugendliche Reisegruppe und eine Familie mit zwei Kinder hielten sich nur 2-3- Tage in der Anlage auf.
Hierzu wird noch eine separate Email mit Bilder folgen, da wir von dem Hotel und den Service sehr enttäuscht - fast entsetzt waren.. Bereits am 1. Urlaubstag hat wir sie per email kontaktiert und um einen Unterkunftswechsel gebeten - jedoch erfolgte keine Antwort:
