    Excellent accommodation

    Fantastic views from the balcony. Kat was very helpful. Was a good size. And the location is very good. A nice wine was there as a welcome gift.

    Kat è una persona adorabile, gentile e premurosa, ci ha accolto come se fossimo suoi figli. Ci ha mostrato tutto l’appartamento e spiegato ogni cosa. Ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino, e anche tutto il necessario per la colazione, marmellata fatta da lei e un ananas buonissima. Ogni stanza era dotato di tutto, perfetto. La posizione per noi era ottima, 15 minuti di macchina dal centro, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e rilassante, con una vista molto “Sunset Relax” dalla terrazza dove abbiamo cenato e fatto aperitivo in grande pace. Posto auto privato. Ci ha permesso anche il check-out più tardi. L’unica sua richiesta è stata di innaffiare ogni mattina una piantina sul terrazzo… ovviamente fatto molto volentieri. Se dovessmo tornare a Spalato torneremo da lei al 1000%. ❤️❤️❤️

    Kat is a great host and great person. You won't find better. Apartment has everything I needed for my 3 week stay. The location is great and close (easily walkable) to Salona Archeological Park. It is in Solin with a nice café downstairs with grocery stores, restaurants and bars at your doorstep.

    I had the most wonderful stay at Katja's place and I will be definitely staying here again if the opportunity arrives. Katja is the most welcoming host, place is cozy, comfy and has soul, location is excellent and there is no noise. I came with car so moving around was pretty easy for me to cover all the sights I planned. Even if you are on foot, arheological sites are on the walking distance and Split is easily accessible by public transport!
