Добрая и милая хозяйка. Номер соответствует фотографиям. В номере было очень чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое. Спокойный и тихий район.

Это действительно очень уютная и чистая квартира. Я жила месяц и за это время несколько раз проводилась уборка и замена постельного белья и полотенец. Идеальное расположение на тихой спокойной и безопасной улице, при этом всего в квартале от тусовочной набережной реки Хан. Рядом множество кафе, ресторанов и магазинов, фитнес центр. Хозяева очень милые и ответственные люди. Нам помогли поднять и спустить багаж и бесплатно отвезли на жд станцию при выселении.
Доступ в квартиру по узкой крутой лестнице. Это не минус, вы просто должны об этом знать, если маломобильны. Но с багажом вам обязательно помогут

Exceptional
We stayed at Kata Home for a month, and we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for another 10 days! The apartment is beautiful, SUPER CLEAN, and the bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on! I literally want it at my home 😍 It's located in a more local area, so you'll need a bike or a taxi to reach the expat part of the city, but we loved it here. It's surrounded by beautiful cafes, minutes away on foot, and the prices were generally cheaper here. Overall, the price to value ratio is incredible - the AC worked perfectly, the Wi Fi was fast enough for video conferencing and we had a cleaner come once a week to change the sheets and mop the floors. The hosts are wonderful too! They provided us with little things to make our stay comfortable (soap, laundry detergent, coffee and tea, water) and they even brought us donuts one day! They were responsive and caring, listening to our needs. They even bought a new, bigger frying pan for us to be able to make more food at once! We have nothing but great things to say about this stay. We definitely recommend it.
