Fantastico host
Struttura nuova e con un ottimo potenziale. Camere calde e bagno nuovo. Augustino è un host attento alle esigenze e disponibile. Ci ha sempre chiesto a che ora volessimo la colazione, rispettando i nostri orari (anche se fuori da quelli standard della struttura) con colazione preparata al momento da lui con ingredienti freschi.
Per quanto la struttura sia nuova, viene gestita solamente da Augustine che si prodiga per il meglio. Tuttavia molte parti in comune sono in disuso, il che è un peccato. L’hotel dista circa 30 min dal centro, che rimane comunque raggiungibile con taxi a prezzi bassi.

Agradable pero con unos pocos detalles se puede mejorar mucho
Las habitaciones son muy amplias, le baño totalmente nuevo y estan super límpias. El personal, Agustín, super amable. La decoracion también era muy bonita.
No hay calefacción, aunque puedes pedir que te traigan un calefactor a la habitacion. Tampoco hay una cafetera/terera en la habitación. El desayuno no es buffet, es bastante precario. No hay donde elegir. La situación es lejos de Puno, a una media hora en coche.

Wonderful host. Accommodation clean and well cared for.
Super clean and spacious accommodation. Comfortable beds and easy transportation to Puno by taxi facilitated by owner. Owner was really nice and made our stay feel special. We were extremely grateful for his flexibility to prepare breakfast before our early departure to lake Titicaca.
Although our rooms were well heated, the rest of the building was uncomfortably cold.
