Disappointing stay due to bad management team
rooms were nice and clean as advertised. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and by far the nicest staff at the hotel. Big thanks to Yahya, Ahmet and Ayse for taking of us!
Poor management and poor customer service (from the management team). Due to bad weather conditions, our room got flooded. We understand that these conditions were unfortunate but the problem was how the situation was handled: we were left in the corridor outside our room with very little communication, little apology and the management team going in and out our room without acknowledging us. After eventually getting moved to a new room, no one checked in on us or anything even though we asked to talk to a manager several times (we were told they weren’t available).

Pelas fotos do site parece melhor do que realmente é.
A única coisa boa era que ficava perto das principais atrações turísticas da cidade velha, mas estava em uma localização nada bonita e meio caótica. Apesar disso, os recepcionistas eram atenciosos, dentro do possível.
Quarto muito pequeno. Fomos em 3 casais e, apesar das reservas serem para o mesmo tipo de quarto, eles eram BEM diferentes, um deles praticamente 30% menor. Tentei trocar, mesmo no dia seguinte (ficamos 3 noites) mas informaram que não tinha outra opção. Café da manhã médio, com alguns problemas de limpeza no salão. Localização em cima de um restaurante (vc entra pelo meio dele...), em uma rua que fica fechada parte do dia. Tivemos que parar o taxi na esquina e subir a rua a pé, levando as malas. Faltaram essas informações no site e maior clareza sobre os quartos. Não recomendo essa opção para ficar em Istambul. Isso deixou nossa visita à Istambul meio decepcionante. Já na chegada nos deixou de mau humor. Felizmente, no último dia conhecemos uma parte mais nova e moderna de Istambul, que melhorou um pouco nossa percepção da cidade, apesar do hotel.

Tutto. La camera era bellissima, pulita e in ordine. I servizi top, soprattutto tanti complimenti a Veysel e Nehir alla reception per averci seguite con molta cura. Ho già messo i punteggi massimi, ma ne aggiungo uno qui di mia spontanea volontà perché mi hanno fatto trovare una tortina per il mio compleanno, gesto che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Da consigliare e, spero, anche ritornarci assolutamente.
