    Rooms are the bare basics. Although they were clean

    Stricter security needed as neighbours were partying in the next room til 2 am and management did not intervene at all.

    Nice room facilities close to the main road staff could not be lazier never at reception send you a text and then ask yo

    Had booked previously so was comfortable with the area had had a poor experience as the room was a standard room and so is next to the laundry facilities which was quite loud so when booking again made it clear I wanted a superior and payed the extra to get that when I arrived the staff sent me to the same room I had stayed at previously when I raised this was told sorry but the hotel is fully booked out and that is the only room when I showed them the texts from the gentleman arriving the first time and my paperwork proving I had paid for this room previously and that it wasn’t a superior. I was offered the room beside it which was now somehow available.
