    Der Caspar David Friedrich Weg und der Forststeig verlaufen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus. Die vielen anderen Wanderrouten im Elbsandsteingebirge sind schnell mit dem Auto oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Lage ist abseits des Trubels am Ortsrand von Schöna, perfekt, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag abzuschalten und die Ruhe zu genießen. Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte mit Terrasse und Garten. Der Eigentümer der anderen Haushälfte, die ebenfalls als Ferienhaus genutzt wird, war kaum da und weder zu hören noch zu sehen.
