Spacious house situated in a good area.
This is in a great area. Has shops, restaurants and Texas Live not too far away. Uber eats can also deliver pretty much anything within half an hour. The house has lots of space and washer and drier.
The small ironing board could be changed to a full size one. Never seen that before. It did the job though, so no big deal.
