The apartment enjoys its own air conditioning/heating. There is no additional charge for electricity therefore a/c and heating is provided on a fair use policy. A two hour timer switch is installed, which can be easily re-set as often as required, therefore guests can enjoy unrestricted use while inside the apartment. During winter months, an additional oil filled radiator can be provided upon request, with a contribution towards the running cost charged per kwh according to the yard. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby so there could be potential for noise from Monday-Saturday from 07:00 - 16:00 and some rooms may be affected.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Major construction impacted our stay
Location was 10 min from harbour. Cleanliness of apartment Good kitchen facilities Comfortable bed
Major construction works 40m away was told this would impact our stay it did. 630am cement mixers and heavy machinery until 4pm Constant noise A dive/cycle centre literally outside the terrace in full operation hiring bikes to the public this resulted in zero privacy around the pool Pool area was not cleaned once during our stay bear in mind dust from the construction site

Apartament oceniam jako poprawny.
W apartamencie od razu po przyjeździe wszystko było dobrze posprzątane. Dodatkowym atutem był szybki internet oraz telewizor z dostępem do YouTube i Netflixa, co było miłym udogodnieniem podczas pobytu.
Apartament oceniam jako poprawny. Na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda schludnie i przestronnie, jednak podczas pobytu zauważyliśmy kilka istotnych minusów. Niestety wyposażenie kuchni jest bardzo zużyte np. deska do krojenia, patelnia były mocno zniszczone i kwalifikują się do wymiany. Dodatkowo zabrakło podstawowych środków i akcesoriów, które powinny znaleźć się w apartamencie. Nie było kapsułek do prania, zapewniono tylko jedną rolkę papieru toaletowego oraz jedną parę ręczników. Mimo prośby nie otrzymaliśmy ręczników a papier toaletowy dopiero na kolejny dzień. Minusem jest również brak moskitier w oknach, przez co wieczorami do apartamentu wpadało dużo komarów. Na krótki pobyt wyłącznie na nocowanie apartament jest wystarczający, jednak na dłuższy wyjazd nie zdecydowałabym się.
