  Beautiful, spacious villa with an amazing pool and views — perfect for families and groups.

  We stayed as a group of 5 adults and 4 children and the villa was perfect for us. It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the massive pool was a huge hit with both the adults and kids. The views were beautiful and we especially loved being able to walk straight down onto the sand and explore the shoreline with the kids. A fantastic villa for families or larger groups.

  If I could give Katoni Villa Nusa ten stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, every single detail exceeded our expectations. The villa itself is breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, completely spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a luxury getaway. What truly elevates this place from a great villa to an extraordinary experience is the incredible team: * Six (Concierge Extraordinaire): Six is an absolute superstar! From seamless organization to spot-on recommendations, Six went above and beyond to make sure our stay was effortless and unforgettable. No request was too big or small. * The House Staff & Service: The level of service was world-class. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, anticipating our every need while giving us total privacy. * The Food: Simply outstanding. Every single meal was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The culinary experience was so good that we genuinely preferred dining in at the villa over eating out.   Book your stay at Villa Katoni!!

  Villa Katoni is absolutely stunning! Whilst the pictures are very accurate, when you arrive it absolutely exceeded our expectations somehow! The decor inside is very thoughtfully curated and feels modern yet authentic. Outside is perfection - all the sun loungers felt clean and the onsite team kept the garden, pool and house spotless throughout our stay. Previous mentions of faulty air conditioners have been fixed, we found the house to feel lovely and cool, despite the very humid time of year we visited. The in-villa team were all so friendly and generous during our stay. The BBQ we requested was delicious, as were the lunches we ordered at the villa. The table was always laid beautifully - it's these small touches which made our family holiday feel even more special. Dayat, who was our contact from the villa to help with all logistics on the island was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring we had a very smooth stay and transport around the island when needed, as well as helping to organise tours/snorkeling etc. There are a few local restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk which were all very delicious, and easy taxi's to restaurants elsewhere on the island. Whilst the villa is slightly more remote, away from Jungetbatu with all the main restaurants etc, all the Taxi's easily fit our group of 9 in and only took 10 minutes to get to. It was a paradise to escape back to! Absolutely 100% recommend booking a holiday at Villa Katoni - we wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return!

  Not a negative - just a recommendation - The bedroom doors don't perfectly close, so I would recommend taking plenty of mosquito spray/coils for overnight, but all beds had mosquito nets, so this wasn't too much of an issue - as to be expected in a humid climate!
