The royal treatment
Friendly ryokan style hotel with onsen and hot-stone sauna. Our room had a nice outdoor shower and private onsen. The restaurant served amazing food. It’s a popular family onsen, so expect it to be lively, especially during weekends. Absolutely recommended.

所有員工只能聽和講日語
員工只能聽和講日語，連非常簡單基本英文數目字都聽不懂，如果是老人家可以明白，但是青春少女也不懂，真係匪夷所思。大浴場戶外環境非常漂亮清幽，酒店正門花園極之美麗，食物一般可以接受，基本上整體也滿意的，如果員工可以加強語言訓練便更加完美。

露天風呂付き部屋は最高でした。ですがプランについていたレストランでのご飯は、厚切りお肉がとても固くて、噛みきれなかったので残しました。ご飯ももう少し質が高かったら、言うことなしでした。でも大浴場の露天風呂も、和歌山で一番良かったと思いました。

温浴施設に付属した部屋露天風呂付和洋室！
和室+ベッドルーム+部屋露天風呂+シャワーブースでしたが、和室が10畳以上と広く清潔でした。露天風呂の調子が悪く、修理に職員が１人入って修理したのが減点です。
