tranne l'inconveniente al check-in tutto bene

C'era qualche confusione. Ho chiamato per dire che non avrei potuto arrivare entro l'orario indicato perché il treno era in ritardo. L'adetta mi ha detto che mi avrebbe mandato un WhatsApp con le indicazioni del self check-in ma invece ha mandato un SMS e io ho messo un bel po' a trovarlo. Poi non funzionava bene la tastatura del self check-in (se sbagli devi aspettare un'eternità che si riassetta). Al numero di emergenza non rispondeva nessuno. Poi hanno però richiamato. Comunque tutta questa situazione crea stress che uno vorrebbe evitare quando va in vacanza. Booking dovrebbe indicare in modo più facilmente visibile quando le strutture hanno dei limiti del check-in. Li eviterei perché non è la prima volta che devo correre per arrivare in tempo. Meglio dichiarare sin dall'inzio che c'è un self check-in e che uno può arrivare quando vuole.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt!!
Liegt sehr zentral , trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schöne, extravagante Ausstattung. Alles ist vorhanden im Apartment. Für kurze und längere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen. Das tolle Café Kavart ist gleich anbei und hat eine köstliche Karte - top Café ☕️!! Empfehlenswert !!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Trencin, Zimmer traumhaft ausgestattet im Landhaus Stil, gemütlich mit Sofa, Küche und guten Betten. Das Frühstück ist sensationell!
