    Loved the hotel

    Tried to order food in the hotel bar on first night . Refused bluntly because our daughter was under 18 Told we had to go sit outside

    Luxury in downtown London…

    I needed a hotel near San Pancras! Perfect location…. Luxurious feel in the room. I also had wonderful room service.

    I felt the price was a bit high but wanted this experience.

    very disappointing - will stay at the St Pancras in future

    location

    general disinterest from some of the staff - checking in was okay, checking out was not. The staff delivering room service were very pleasant but the delivery was not good - items missing - told when checking out and the person was not interested at all just said 'sorry' I have stayed here perhaps over 50 times and the service is getting worse - they insisted on taking a card when checking in and £50 PLUS the room service I did have £77.07 has been taken from my account and no one is interested when I rang up to advise and the payment of £50 has still not been refunded
