    Great location, very spacious apartment and good value for money.

    Apartment had great facilities, cooking, washing machines etc and was very spacious. Location was nice and close to the tram stop.

    Nothing.

    The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of central sights and public transit. Just as impressive was the incredible communication—every question was handled immediately, professionally, and kindly. It truly felt like a home away from home.

    Large, well equipped apartment in a good location.

    The property requires security deposit which is not a common practice, and information about it does not show up right away. It is available, but only somewhere at the bottom of the page. Check in is more complicated than opening a bank account! They want photo of your ID + your selfie with ID …. I’m concerned about data privacy. Zero flexibility with time of arrival.

    Fair. Don’t go with a car. Only one electricity socket in one of the bedrooms so if I wanted to have the fan on I could

    Not far from downtown although parking was nearly impossible.

    No parking available upon arrival when I had specifically asked for a parking space. Using AI to treat emails is great but you lose essential customer service attention.
