    Would love to come back!

    Quiet part of town, incredible views of the mountains. Building is very new and clean. Well equipped! Bed was comfy and everything was supplied.

    Exceptional and outstanding! 100/100

    10/10 — Breathtaking views, exceptional hospitality, and a perfect home away from home! We spent three wonderful nights at Kasbegi Hills View Cottages, and it was the best stay of our ten-day trip around Georgia—even after staying in five-star hotels. We originally booked two nights but loved it so much that we extended for another night and decided to drive directly to Tbilisi airport the following day. The cottage is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the heating throughout keeps the whole place wonderfully warm. The bathroom and shower were immaculate, while the lovely mood lighting made the evenings feel so cosy. Having Netflix on the TV was a great bonus! It truly feels like a home away from home, with all the comforts we could have wanted. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the central location makes it a great base for exploring Kazbegi. But what made our stay extra special was the host’s (Giorgi) hospitality. He was thoughtful, reliable, and always quick to respond. He surprised us with lovely complimentary wine for my husband’s birthday, and when we needed medicine, he arranged it immediately. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much to us. We travel frequently around the world and really value a good stay. I rarely write reviews, but this property absolutely deserves the time and a wholehearted 10/10. We booked based on the reviews, and it exceeded our expectations. If you’re reading this and wondering whether to book, don’t think twice. We couldn’t recommend it more highly—one of our best stays so far! Love Aknksha & Sanchit
