古いお茶屋をリノベーションした部屋に泊まりました。中は昔の名残を残しつつ、けど、とても清潔感のあるおへやでよかったです。 また、朝は抹茶を自分でたてて飲むこともでき、子どももとても喜んでいました。

The hotel office/restaurant and rooms were distributed around a very quaint merchant village with many interesting little shops and quaint shine to visit. The rooms could not have been better, the perfect blend of traditional Japanese design with modern comforts(beds). Cedar soaker tub was wonderful. The theme of the hotel is the famous Yame green tea that is grown nearby. It is everywhere from a scent diffuser in the room to the free drinks to starting off both the excellent breakfast and dinner.

Historical accomodation in an artisan-rich area
Interesting historical hotel in a traditional artisan area. Friendly staff
Accomodation while spectacular and historically interesting was not particularly comfortable ( bedroom upstairs, other facilities downstairs). Food quantity was small. Accomodation some distance from reception/ dining.
