    Delightful stay

Quiet beautiful location. Gorgeous relaxing onsen. Convenient to bus stop. Friendly helpful staff. Traditional decor. Lovely dining experience.

Traditional bedding would benefit from a cushioned overlay for those with sore joints.

We've had such an amazing stay, thanks so much to all the staff. The hospitality and service was exceptional, we will never forget our stay! We upgraded to the Hida beef first night and the Hida beef full set course the second night and it was a once in a lifetime experience. Our own private dining room set up with food ready on arrival, so many courses of traditional Japanese cuisine of amazing quality. The private onsens were so lovely as well, beautiful ambience and so relaxing after a day of exploring. Absolutely recommend this lovely traditional ryokan in the Japanese Alps!

Obsługa przemiła, wszystko wytłumaczyli, widać dużo napracowania i serdeczności. Jedno z piękniejszych przeżyć naszej wycieczki do Japonii.
