    Lage der Wohnung wirklich top. Bahnhof und Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

    Leider waren die Wände ziemlich verschmutzt. Die Gardine im Wohnzimmer hat mehrere Risse. Das sieht nicht schön aus. Die Terrasse entpuppte sich als kleiner Balkon.

    Der Ausblick vom Balkon über die Dächer von Warnemünde war sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Reklamation bezüglich der nicht so optimalen Sauberkeit wurde sehr positiv von der Vermieterin aufgenommen und Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Lage war super!!!

    Es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit. Besonders im Schlafzimmer. Der Preis für die Wäschepakete war zu hoch. Die Bettwäsche war qualitativ nicht mehr schön.
