The owners were there to meet us
There are steep stairs to access the apartment, which is nothing more than an overcrowded cluttered room. The laundry was not situated in the apartment, as advertised - down stairs, with steps that are trip hazards into a poorly lit laundry. Access is by rostered days only!! The 'kitchen' is very cluttered. Instead of a stove there are numerous appliances placed on top of a wooden crockery cabinet, that are all plugged into one power board. The power 'trips' if there are more tha one appliances in use, ie kettle and toaster. You have to go down the steep stairs to the power box to reset the power - often. The air conditioning is a clumsy portable set up that was inefficent. The so called courtyard views are via a small window to an overgrown lawn and garden. The mattress is old. lumpy and uncomfortable. The barbeque was very dirty and not fit for use. Overpriced and poor value.

Beautiful place to stay in Kelowna
It was a lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay at. Close to downtown to walk to. Activities and shopping not to far away.

Comfortable and Well Equipped!
Fabulous location! This was a suite, not a one bedroom but was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was tiny but very functional. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Will absolutely stay again when I’m in Kelowna.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but that is subjective I almost didn’t mention it. Otherwise it was perfect!
