    The house is big and confortable, the location was perfect for our purpose ( playing golf in Glenbervie). There is a kitchen equipped with all the facilities .

    A deposit is requested one month in advance.

    Nicely presented house with parking

    Lovely little property, with parking

    Would have been perfect with a larger bed, the double bed is very small. Possibly a bigger couch. If there had been more than two of us, no where to sit in the lounge.

    The correspondence was good. We had the whole house to ourselves.

    Even though there were 2 single beds in each of the 2 rooms 1 single bed was made up in each room so we had to remake to sleep in same room. We are a Mr and Mrs sonit sure what that was about.. A welcome pack containing a couple of teabags, coffee sachets and milks would have been nice for the price we paid. Couldn't get access till 2pm although requested slightly earlier access as we were going to the music festival so didn't actually get in until 10.30pm.

    Comfortable and suited our needs but need to work on removing the smell.

    Location was good for our needs. Sofa was comfortable to relax at the end of the day.

    There was a really bad smell in the property. It was hard to work out if this had been used as a smoking property. We got some febreeze sprays which took away the worst of it but needed to keep using them every time we returned to the property over the weekend.
