Please note we offer two check in slots between 12pm-1pm or 4pm-8pm. We have no on-site parking facilities but we do offer a limited number of free parking permits for our guests to use at The Swannery Car Park, 700 metres from our guest house. We have a limited number of permits to use at St John's Church car park, 250 metres from our guest house and residential permits, these permits will incur a charge of £4 per night per permit. Free street parking is available in a nearby location (subject to availability) if all our permits are reserved. The Royal Yard Car Park located 600 metres from our guest house is £6.50 per 24 hours. Blue Badge holders can park in the residential permit zone for free for their stay. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Karen was a great host. The room was clean and fresh and decorated very tastefully. We had everything we needed in the room and if we needed anything i expectKaren would have gone the extra mile

    Small but perfect

    Close to Weymouth beach, train station and car park. Clean, tidy and well kept Fantastic breakfast and great options, lovely complimentary items in room Lovely owner, only met Karen but, happy for chats with us and giving instructions for the area!

    Nothing against the stay or property itself but, being an old building it's single glazed sash windows so a bit loud at night. Ideally needed curtains as well as blinds as not all the light was blocked during the early hours.

    Great hosts, Karen and James are great at what they do, the breakfast set you up for the day so thanks again.

    Very clean, lovely wood furnishings which made you feel relaxed . Will definitely stay there again.

    Nothing, all excellent.
