    Stephane est un hôte réactif, compétent et très organisé. C'est vraiment appréciable !  La maison très bien décorée, fonctionnelle et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Les ustensiles sont presque neufs et tout fonctionne très bien ( très bon internet, lave vaisselle neuf, clim...). Mention spéciale aux éclairages très bien étudiés et agréables. Le petit balcon est très ensoleillé ! Un peu excentré mais à deux pas de restos et commerces sympas. Il est également très bien placé. Cela étant dit le petit bémol est la superficie qui est un peu limite pour le prix. Il n'y a également pas de vue dégagée et pas de jardin. A titre de comparaison et pour info nous avons pu loger pour exactement la moitié de ce tarif dans des conditions similaires à 200 m (et ce malgré les 25% de réduction dont nous avons bénéficié au Kelvin cottage car nous avons loué deux semaines). La maison était plus grande, avec vue, jardin et balcon et un service ménage tous les deux jours. Soit dit en passant cela ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier nos deux semaines au Kelvin Cottage.
