Excelente
MUY LIMPIO. Olía a limpieza, estaba impecable. Céntrico. Muy cerca del Mercado central y del río. Las camas eran cómodas. Está en una vecindad pero apenas hay ruido y es tranquila.
Estuvimos algo de tiempo averiguando cómo entrar en el portal y en el apartamento, pero tienen un vídeo explicativo bastante esclarecedor y entramos sin problemas.

Stanze spaziose, pulire, luminose. Anche se abbiamo trovato dei giorni molto caldi, l'appartamento era fresco e dotato di ben tre ventilatori. Appartamento in un condominio tranquillo, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda a tutto. Mezzi di trasporto a due passi come il mercato coperto e il Danubio. Lo consiglio!

Gute Lage, schöne Stadt, aber Vermieter sollte erreichbar sein und zumindest mal antworten
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung an den Flughafen und ÖPNV. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ruhige Lage im Innenhof. Im Sommer Wohnung angenehm kühl. Zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Toiletten sind komfortabel. Küche hat Sitzbereich.
Der Vermieter hat keine Anfragen beantwortet und war auch unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar. Wir hatten um früheren Einlass gebeten, bereits im Vorfeld, und keine Antwort erhalten. Die Freischaltung des Türcodes erfolgte über einen Automatismus, exakt um 15 Uhr. Der Herd hat nicht funktioniert und wir haben keine Rückmeldung vom Vermieter erhalten, wie wir den Herd in Funktion bringen können. Wir hatten eine Wohnung gebucht, um selbst kochen zu können. Das ging dann nicht. Bzgl. Schimmel im Bad müsste was getan werden. Wir haben dauergelüftet. Reinigung der Böden in der Wohnung und Flächen in der Küchekönnte gründlicher sein.
