    I was upgraded for a better room because the one I originally had a strong smell of fish from the restaurant underneath.

    One of the receptionists (Fanni) had an arrogant air, fake smile and was not client-oriented. My room was not available after by the check-in time (3pm) so I had to wait until almost 4pm. My original room smelled of fish. Overall poor service for 5*.
