Dekat dgn tempat pelancongan. Berjalan kaki dlm brp minit shj.
Tempat packing gelap waktu malam. Lif tanpa kad sentuhan, boleh ke mana-mana tingkatan.

Tandas paip air bocor ,lantai licin ,kotor ,air tandas nak mandi busuk lama2 baru ok, pintu tandas susah nak buka dan tutup, acon xsejuk, area nak naik UTK parking kereta sempit risau kena kat tepi-tepi ke.keseluruhan banyak perlu baiki apartment tu.
