La ubicación, cerca de la playa y de toda la movida. El personal del turno de la mañana muy amable. Los espacios comunes exteriores (patio con mesas y sillas, la piscina) estaban muy bien cuidados, mucha sombra natural de vegetación, agradable para estar.
El desayuno incluído es una vergüenza. Es en el restaurante que está dentro del predio, en un espacio pequeño cerrado y oscuro, sin ventanas. Si está lleno hay que hacer fila esperando. Las muchachas que atendían eran amables, pero las opciones incluidas parecían broma, ya que solamente hay opciones con huevo, que se acompañan con UNA SOLA bebida: O café (negro, sin leche) o jugo. Y encima el jugo era tamaño muestra, en vaso diminuto. Uno de nosotros es alérgico al huevo, y la variante ofrecida fué UNA tostada (una sola rodaja de pan tostado) con manteca y mermelada. Si eres como nosotros, de un país en el que no acostumbran desayunar huevos, o tienes alergia al mismo o simplemente no te gusta, haz de cuenta que no hay desayuno. Es mejor cruzar al super y abastecerse de cosas para hacer tu propio desayuno.

Too expensive for the quality
Location is perfect, very close to ocean drive and the beach, but on a relatively quiet street.
The property needs maintenance. The elevator doesn’t work and even though they mention it as “bad news” when you arrive, it seems to be pretty permanent with no signs of upcoming repairs. The pool area also needs maintenance and cleaning - the mattresses were torn and dirty. Also, noise isolation is nonexistent, and you can hear every noise coming from the surrounding rooms, especially from the room above from which every step and move can be heard. Service at the breakfast restaurant is absolutely terrible, although the food is pretty good for US standards. Definitely not a 4-stars hotel and too expensive for what they offer.
