The building has a lot of charme, and it's situated in the middle of St. Andrews, you can really feel like the history is around, it's well maintained too. It was clean, warm and nice.
The double bed is very small for two people, the room was very small too.

A charming hotel in St Andrews
A very charming hotel, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. It's location center of Water Street is perfect for exploring all that St Andrews has to offer. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
Not much, you'd have to be picky to find something not to like.

A total rip off.
Location
Where to begin- The heater in the room wasn't working. Had to complain twice before somebody came to check.Could not figure out why.Hotel was fully booked so couldn't get us another room.At our request got us a space heater which also didn't work initially(APPARENTLY not all the outlets were working. Anyway we didn't get enough sleep as we had to get up in the middle of the night to switch off and on the heater as no way to regulate the temperature in the room.No apology or compensation offered by the management. Room v.small. Also parking lot pebble and broken. This is an old property not updated at all and poorly managed.However charges were high. Would never stay here again.Stay away from this place.

Great hotel in a fab location.
The room was large and the bathroom was very clean and newly refurbished. The staff were welcoming and friendly. There was ample free parking. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the town.
The hotel had a slightly warn vibe about it and was in need of a decorative update.
