    Small hotel near ferry port, quite basic but clean.

    Close to the road to the ferry port and in a quiet location. The landlady was friendly.

    No parking other than on the street. Fortunately on Sundays you don't pay but Folkestone in general has issues with parking. No possibility for breakfast during my visit.

    This is an absolutely smashing place to stay for a holiday. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. The guesthouse is kept spotless, and my room was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Folkestone and the surrounding area. I would 100% stay here again.
