    Un appartement idéalement situé et au fort potentiel, mais gâché par un manque d'entretien flagrant

    L'emplacement est exceptionnel : en plein centre-ville tout en étant situé dans une rue parallèle non passante, donc extrêmement calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus, idéalement abritée du vent et pas de vis à vis car un immense bougainvillier bloque la vue. Décoration minimaliste, agréable et typiquement grecque. La chambre offre également de nombreux rangements. Enfin, des parkings publics gratuits sont disponibles tout près (à 5 minutes à pied).

    Salle de bain absolument pas adaptée, minuscule, sombre et sale (rideau de douche inefficace qui inonde la pièce, éclairage très insuffisant). Elle nécessite une vraie rénovation pour offrir un minimum de confort, surtout au vu du tarif. La propreté générale à l'arrivée était très décevante : poussière partout, sol collant, vaisselle en désordre et mal lavée. La terrasse n'était pas préparée (frigo débranché, ménage non fait, coussins sales) et de nombreuses ampoules manquaient à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Pour un séjour de 10 jours, aucun ménage n'a été effectué (on nous a proposé de payer 50 € supplémentaires), et aucun aspirateur n'était à disposition pour le faire nous-mêmes. Pourtant, avant le départ, nous avons reçu un message nous exigeant de faire le ménage sous peine de frais additionnels… Nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée. À 300 € la nuit, le niveau de prestation n'est pas au rendez-vous. C'est dommage, car cet appartement a un vrai potentiel mais reste très mal exploité.
