  THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE — COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

  Nothing worth mentioning

  I travel extensively, but I have NEVER experienced such poor security, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability as at Kepos Etna Relais & Spa. SERIOUS SECURITY CONCERNS FROM DAY ONE On our first day, housekeeping left our room door WIDE OPEN for HOURS while we were at the pool, with all our belongings inside. Shocking for a tiny hotel with only a few rooms! Nothing was missing then, but the next day, something far worse happened. VALUABLE NECKLACE MISSING AFTER PRIVATE SPA MASSAGE During a massage at the hotel’s PRIVATE spa, I removed my valuable, irreplaceable necklace and placed it beside me on the massage table, as my partner witnessed. Afterward, it was GONE. I searched with staff, contacted management, filed a police report, and requested that security footage be preserved and reviewed. IGNORED REQUESTS AND SHOCKING UNPROFESSIONALISM Despite repeated requests, I never received the footage, confirmation that it had been preserved or reviewed, or any clear explanation. I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE I PLACED IT. MY PARTNER WITNESSED IT. IT WAS NEVER RECOVERED. Draw your own conclusions — I have mine. NO TRANSPARENCY. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO ANSWERS. What should have been a beautiful Sicily trip turned into a heartbreaking nightmare. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I ended up at a police station filing a report. I left devastated, with a missing necklace, unanswered questions, and complete distrust in this property. MONTHS LATER, IT STILL HURTS. I deeply regret choosing this hotel. I would NEVER return or recommend it. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL! If you still decide to stay here, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH YOUR VALUABLES, WHETHER IN YOUR ROOM OR AT THE SPA.

  Fantastisch.

  Super vriendelijk en service gericht blij personeel, met name Daniëlla. Voortreffelijk ontbijt, ook lunch en diner zijn heerlijk. Alles uit eigen tuin en zelf bereid. Nog nooit meegemaakt dat alles met zoveel passie is verorgd. Zwembad ruim en groot. Spa heerlijk en duur. Dit hotel is niet te overtreffen, ook qua landgoed met bloemen, granaatappels, allemaal kaarsjes in de spa enz.

  Le calme, le sens du service, le petit dejeuner avec des produits locaux, les équipements de la piscine les bed and co. Super experience, a refaire !
