We really enjoyed our stay here. The family suite was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone, and the view over the city and mountains was a real highlight. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The staff were warm and welcoming, and whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and were genuinely helpful. The location was also very convenient. We would happily stay here again and recommend it, especially to families.
There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Just something to keep in mind: it’s about a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel down to Qafa e Pazarit and the town centre. The walk back up to the hotel is quite steep, so it may take a little longer and can be tiring, especially after a long day.

Es un lugar increíble, las vistas son preciosas y las instalaciones están bastante bien.
Avisé de mis alergias para el desayuno con bastante antelación y no tenían casi nada para mí cuando nos alojamos. El cuarto de baño es tan pequeño que la puerta pegaba con el wc y no se podía abrir del todo
